CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an item, you do so by sending an email to info@adamsbro.se stating your order number and that you want to cancel the order.

RECLAIM

If there is a defect in the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us of the defect by email to info@adamsbro.se We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act) .

Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 banking days before you see your refund on your account. Unauthorised complaints are returned to the sender.   

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If the customer does not pick up their package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, returns and any storage costs. Cost: $ 25USD . Uncollected packages, are not classified as a cancellation of orders.
